Warren has six years senior agency experience and close to ten years experience in communications and marketing in the not-for-profit sector in Australia. As a Digital Strategist and Senior Strategic Planner he has guided brands like Australia Post, Schweppes, PTV, AGL and The Australian Defence Force on consumer and B-2-B marketing, advertising, media and communications.
As a founding member and Director at Pretty Neat Warren advises clients on brand, marketing and business strategy, advertising, media and strategic communications. He also directs day-to-day campaign activity and manages client media spend, performance and ROI activity. Warren is a Producer and Host of weekly technology radio show Byte Into It on Triple R and gets to rub shoulders with some of the most interesting and original people in the tech world today.
Georgie BattDesign Director
Georgie has eight years local agency experience as a visual creative as both a Designer and Art Director. Across some of Melbourne’s best-regarded agencies she has built brands in property, education, utilities, FMCG and The Arts with a focus on how clients bring their brand to life online.
Georgie has been with Pretty Neat for two years and guided client creative, brand and campaigns across three brands working with the Creative Director.
Georgie is one half of Australia’s best, newest honey producers: Great Ocean Road Honey.
Adam MorrisCreative Director
Adam has founded and worked in senior roles at some of Australia’s most respected and awarded agencies over the past 15 years. He has earned the respect and affection of his peers and is active in the Australian creative community as a mentor and thought leader.
As a co-founder and director at Pretty Neat Adam steers creative direction for clients and guides the creative team within the business.
He is currently developing his long-distance running despite the marathon of work he gets through each week.
Tess CopelandSenior Designer
Tess is a multi-disciplinary designer with agency experience in brand identity, digital and wayfinding design for clients in The Arts, health, education and not-for-profit sectors. She honed her skills crafting elegant brands at Design By Pidgeon and creating intuitive wayfinding experiences at ID/Lab.
As senior designer at Pretty Neat, Tess is motivated to create meaningful and authentic outcomes that create a positive impact in the world and spark joy.
Tess once channeled her inner Pierce Brosnan circa Dante’s Peak by flying over a live Hawaiian volcano in an open-door helicopter.
Lily FengSenior Producer
Lily is multi-skilled design practitioner with a background in design, and photography but most recently as a Producer at one of Melbourne’s much-loved brand agencies. Prior to that she was a Producer at Deliveroo head office in the UK where she coordinated global creative projects at a business growing 4500% annually.
As Senior Producer she manages delivery of all client projects with the senior team, works with the agency to find the best team and solution for each project, and guides clients on their BAU work.
Lily is Pretty Neat’s resident DJ tragic and voted most likely to DJ spontaneously at parties by people close to her.
Damon O'SullivanTechnical Director
Damon has almost fifteen years experience framing and delivering technical solutions to clients in Australia. As a Developer, Solutions Architect and Operations Director at DT Digital and as co-founder at UX and Service Design agency Studio Thick Damon has worked with many of the brands and organisations we love and need.
As a co-founder and director at Pretty Neat Damon guides client technical solutions, projects and strategy and provides direction on an agile approach to digital marketing for our clients.
He is a long-suffering Blues fan but believes someone, somewhere has seen ‘the Premiership Window’ and can point the team in that direction.
